Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Electronics
Location: Amexhe, Guanajuato
Are you passionate about manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement in a high-volume automotive environment?
At FORVIA HELLA, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who will drive production stability, lead problem-solving initiatives, and optimize manufacturing performance in our electronics operations.
Role Objective
To ensure efficient and stable manufacturing operations by leading production support, resolving escalations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives focused on OEE, FPY, and process optimization.
️ Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Operations
Support and sustain high-volume production lines.
Ensure fast and effective response to manufacturing escalations.
Coordinate containment actions to maintain production continuity.
Participate in new product launches and series production support.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Drive process improvements to reduce downtime and quality losses.
Improve key manufacturing KPIs such as OEE and FPY.
Standardize processes and strengthen traceability systems.
Cross-functional Leadership
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
Lead multidisciplinary efforts to solve technical issues.
Promote a culture of fast response and continuous improvement.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related).
Experience: 3 to 6 years in manufacturing engineering within automotive or electronics industry.
Language: Intermediate to advanced English.
