We are a US based company specializing in international vehicle wholesale with over 18 years of experience sourcing new vehicles from the United States and Canada and delivering them to customers worldwide.
We specialize in high-demand vehicles and manage complex transactions involving dealerships, vehicle procurement, titles, registrations, transportation, warehousing, and international shipping.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Vehicle Logistics Coordinator based in Latin America to personally manage vehicle transactions from dealership purchase through export shipment.
This is a hands-on execution role.
You will be responsible for driving transactions forward every day, eliminating delays, solving problems quickly, and ensuring every vehicle moves efficiently through the process.
This position is fully remote and pays in US Dollar.
You will not be supervising a team. You will be personally managing vehicle transactions and coordinating with dealerships, transport companies, logistics providers, ports, warehouses, and internal team members.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate land transport of vehicles from the dealership to the warehouse and ports.
- Coordinate ocean transport form the port to the customer in coordination with shipping companies.
- Personally manage and track 100-150 active vehicle transactions simultaneously
- Ensure every deal moves forward daily and no transaction remains stalled
- Follow up with dealerships regarding vehicle availability, paperwork, titles, MSOs, registrations, and release requirements
- Work closely with transport companies, warehouses, freight forwarders, and shipping partners
- Monitor vessel bookings, shipping schedules, and logistics milestones
- Identify missing documents, title issues, registration issues, payment issues, or logistics bottlenecks and resolve them quickly
- Escalate delays proactively before they impact shipment schedules
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in our internal software platform
- Communicate clearly regarding deal status, risks, and next actions
- Ensure customers and internal stakeholders always have visibility into transaction progress
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements

Requirements
- 3+ Experience working with a US based companies
- 3+ years of experience coordinating vehicle logistics, transportation, import/export operations, freight forwarding, or similar transaction-based logistics environments
- Experience handling vehicle titles, MSOs, registrations, dealership paperwork, or automotive logistics strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience personally managing a high volume of transactions, shipments, orders, or logistics workflows simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable learning and working within software systems and internal portals
- Highly proficient with spreadsheets, task tracking, and online systems
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment
- Automotive export experience is a major advantage
