Programmer Analyst / Full-Stack Developer

- Location: Campus Sanmina, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (We welcome Recent Graduates with strong academic projects/internships, as well as experienced developers looking for stability and growth).
- Experience: From 0 to 3+ years. We are looking for technical potential and a great attitude; the role will be tailored to your level of experience.
Activities:
- Develop and code enhancements for internal web applications, covering both Front-End (user interface) and Back-End (server-side logic).
- Provide technical support and assistance to internal users, troubleshooting system issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Identify, debug, and resolve software defects (bugs) in existing corporate systems to optimize daily operations.
- Document development processes, technical specifications, and participate in software release testing phases.
Hard Skills
- Web Development: Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Programming: Familiarity or hands-on experience with Java or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Databases: Ability to write basic relational database queries (SQL).
- Tools (Desirable): Basic understanding of version control systems like Git / GitHub.
Languages:
- English Level: Intermediate to Advanced (B2/C1). Must be able to understand technical documentation, write reports, and clear verbal communication for international collaboration.
Soft Skills
- Excellent customer service mindset and clear communication skills with non-technical users.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a strong willingness to learn new technology stacks.
- Adaptability and flexibility to switch between development tasks and support requests.
