Customer Service Representative (CSR)
An international manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join its operation in Mexico.
Position Objective
Responsible for managing key customer accounts, providing close follow-up on orders, and coordinating with internal areas such as logistics, production, and sales to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries while maintaining high service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Customer Service within manufacturing, chemical, packaging, FMCG, or related industries.
- Experience using SAP or any ERP system (Oracle, JD Edwards, among others).
- Experience supporting B2B customers.
- Advanced English / business conversational English is required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain constant communication with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and requirements.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, planning, production, and sales teams to ensure order fulfillment.
- Handle and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, documentation, and customer service.
- Update information in the ERP system and generate follow-up reports.
- Provide customer service focused on problem-solving, response times, and service compliance.
