YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in collections administration or accounts receivable management.
- Strong knowledge of collections processes and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency with collections software and financial systems.
- Ability to analyze collections data and generate reports.

- Lead and coordinate collections administrative activities to support timely and accurate receivables collection.
- Manage collections data entry, account reconciliations, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with collections managers and cross-functional teams to resolve customer payment disputes and escalations.
- Support the development and implementation of collections policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor collections performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
