Mastery of standard specifications for SMT, wave welding, coating, and other processes; understanding of equipment structure; knowledge of equipment use; and ability to formulate relevant operating standards based on the characteristics of different products.
Job Responsibilities:
- 1.New project Quotation: NPI feasibility evaluation、prepare quote Bom & NRE &labor-hour and other documents;
- 2.New product sample: in charge of preparing all NPI files(include SAP BOM、Flow-chart、PFEMA、SOP and QTS system) and production tracking, summary NPI report;
- 3.Pilot Run: verify all tooling fixtures and process parameters are reasonable, update all corresponding files according to the NPI report, make sure the efficiency and quality target of mass production;
- 4.Mass Run: continue improve the process and reduce labor cost, transfer NPI to MP;
- 5.In charge of Customer ECN received and release to internal teams, and tracking ECN closed;
- 6.Keep communication with customer and responsible customer any technology question reply;
- 7.Analyse RMA boards issues and help to solve customer complain;
- 8.In charge of NPI PPAP and PSW document prepare;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a degree in mechanical and electronic engineering or other engineering disciplines
- Background: Proficient in English communication or above.
- More than 3 years of factory work experience, familiar with SMT factory workers, Create an environment
Experience: Prior work experience in a similar role is preferred at least 3 years
Other Requirements: Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
