CALL CENTER AGENT / APPOINTMENT SETTER
Top Construction Leads is a Mexican based company focused on lead generation for roof inspections in the US. We have presence in 8 different cities in the country.
The position we offer is for call center agents who will handle outbound-cold calling.
The main goal of the role is to contact the potential clients, qualify them and generate the sales opportunity.
Our ideal candidate has:
- FULL PROFESSIONAL FLUENCY IN SPOKEN ENGLISH. You must be able to communicate effortlessly in english, as if it were your first language. Have you lived or studied in the US or another english speaking country? You might be a great fit.
- Great communication skills, persuasive, commited and highly motivated.
- Self-driven and reliable, capable of working independently and delivering results without constant supervision.
- Goal-oriented and persistent, with desire to maximize earnings through comissions.
- Willingness to learn and grow (no prior experience in Call Centers/Sales is requiered but is considered a plus).

What to expect:
- We operate Monday to Friday, weekends are off!
- Full time position: 10 hrs shift (with 1hr for lunch + 40 mins break).
- This is 100% on-site position.
