Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and selection strategies for hourly, administrative, and specialized positions.
- Design and implement strategies to ensure workforce coverage, staffing stability, and business continuity.
- Develop talent retention initiatives by identifying turnover drivers and implementing effective action plans.
- Analyze key HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, vacancy coverage, time-to-hire, and employee retention.
- Implement Employee Engagement strategies and initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate onboarding, integration, and follow-up programs for new hires to support successful integration and long-term retention.
- Strengthen partnerships with job boards, universities, institutions, and external talent sources.
- Supervise and develop the Recruitment and Human Resources team by setting objectives, monitoring performance, and driving results.
- Participate in strategic Organizational Development, company culture, and Talent Management projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in manufacturing or the automotive industry.
- Proven experience leading recruitment and selection processes.
- Experience implementing employee retention and turnover reduction strategies.
- Advanced English proficiency (required).
