Summary of Role:
The Enterprise Designer will support the Enterprise PM Designer in executing developer design packages while taking a lead role in managing and delivering design services for individual homeowners within those communities. This role is highly execution-focused, requiring strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is both collaborative and client-facing, capable of owning smaller projects independently while contributing to larger enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
● Enterprise Design Package Support: Support the development and execution of scalable design packages for enterprise developer partners. Assist in creating layouts, furniture selections, and design presentations aligned with developer vision and Vesta standards. Ensure consistency and accuracy across design deliverables for multi-unit or multi-market projects. Collaborate with the Enterprise PM Designer to refine and implement design systems.
● Homeowner Design Execution: Serve as a primary designer for individual homeowners referred through developer partnerships. Manage multiple homeowner projects simultaneously, from concept through installation. Customize design packages to meet client preferences while maintaining alignment with overall design frameworks. Deliver a high-touch client experience, including presentations, revisions, and on-site styling when needed.
● Project Ownership & Delivery: Take ownership of select homeowner projects, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables with support from the Enterprise PM Designer.Ensure all design projects are executed on time, within scope, and at Vesta’s standard of excellence.Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution and installation.
● Client Interaction & Experience: Build strong relationships with individual homeowners, acting as a trusted design advisor. Confidently present design concepts and guide clients through the decision-making process. Identify opportunities for upsell and enhanced design services.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and sourcing teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment. Communicate effectively with internal teams to manage project flow and resolve issues quickly. Support feedback loops to improve design offerings and processes.
Team Structure & Growth:
Report directly to the Enterprise PM Designer. Collaborate with a broader team of designers, sales leaders, and operations partners. Opportunity to grow into more senior design ownership or leadership roles as the enterprise function scales.
Required Skills, Training, and Experience:
● C1-level English and professional expereince in English-speaking environments
● 5+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential and/or hospitality environments
● Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability and attention to details
● Experience managing multiple projects and working in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working directly with clients and presenting design concepts.
● Strong organizational and project management skills
● Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, or similar)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month
