TALENT RELATIONS PARTNER (On-Site)

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a talented and passionate Talent Relations Partner to join our Human Resources Team.
Location: Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Work Modality: 100% On-Site
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Recruitment & Selection, specifically recruiting Banking and Financial Services profiles (required).

Solid experience in:
-
Resume screening and candidate evaluation.
-
Competency-based interviewing.
-
Executive Search / Headhunting processes.
-
Job boards and social media recruitment.
-
LinkedIn sourcing and talent attraction strategies.
-
Intermediate to Advanced English (conversational level required).
Key Responsibilities:
-
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for banking and financial positions.
-
Source, identify, and attract qualified talent through various recruitment channels.
-
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
-
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Execute headhunting strategies for specialized and hard-to-fill positions.
-
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and recruitment requirements.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
