GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This Traffic Monitor role is carried out in Ciudad Juárez with the purpose of monitoring loading, unloading, and compliance with requirements within the supply chain.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scheduling transportation services.
Real-time tracking and monitoring of transportation activities through software, optimizing resources.
Compliance with safety processes, as well as avoiding risks in the operation.
Handling system alerts with different carriers and suppliers for BRP.
Working in collaboration with different carriers, suppliers, and BRP internal team.
KPI updates.
Promote continuous improvement and support the fulfillment of our Lean Enterprise mission.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:
Degree in Logistics and Transportation Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the transportation field with knowledge in route planning, requirements, and customer service.
Solid knowledge of Excel for data processing.
Bilingual (written and spoken) Spanish – English (desirable).
Knowledge in transportation management systems (TMS/YMS), SAP ERP (WM, MM, PP).
