Account Executive – U.S. Business Accounts

We are a U.S.-based branding and promotional products company working with businesses across the U.S. This role supports outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
Role Overview
You will prospect U.S.-based businesses, identify buying intent, and move opportunities forward. This is not just booking meetings. You are responsible for qualification quality, confirmed meetings, and advancing deals when possible. This is not a training role.
Minimum Requirements (must be met):
- 3+ years outbound B2B sales (cold calling)
- Daily activity of 100+ calls in prior roles
- Experience working with U.S. clients
- Ability to track and speak to KPIs (calls, contacts, meetings, conversions)
- Fluent English (C1–C2)
- Recent work history must be primarily sales-focused (not customer service)
Responsibilities
- Make 100-150 outbound calls daily
- Generate and advance qualified opportunities
- Book and confirm 1–3 qualified meetings per day
- Ensure meetings are attended (reduce no-shows)
- Identify client needs and move prospects toward a quote when appropriate
- Manage pipeline in CRM with same-day updates
- Follow up consistently until outcome (meeting held, disqualified, or advanced)
Work Setup
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST
- Reliable internet (50 Mbps minimum) and quiet workspace
- Camera on for meetings
Compensation
- Base & commission for all deals booked, confirmed and/or closed
- Performance bonuses
