We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities

Participate in Knowledge Transfer sessions to build a comprehensive understanding of the product

Learn configuration activities, including rating, UI, error messages, and document prototypes
-
Create Epics, Features, and User Stories in MS Azure DevOps to support the implementation of complex functionality

Build and maintain a knowledge repository to document Knowledge Transfer sessions and related activities using MS Office and SharePoint

Support configuration activities related to product implementation

Triage production issues on behalf of the CORE team

Create and maintain understanding documents outlining identified issues
-
Develop user requirements documents that capture proposed solutions
-
Assist in requirement elicitation and estimation processes

Liaise with business users, vendor Business Analysts, and the development team to clarify issues and determine appropriate next steps
Requirements
-
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Experience working as a BA/CA within Commercial Insurance

Background in migration projects

Strong skills in documentation analysis

Solid knowledge of the insurance domain

Proficiency in SQL

Experience documenting requirements during Knowledge Transfer sessions

Good English proficiency (B2 level or higher), with experience in direct communication with customers
