Technical & SAP Skills (Must Have)
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP in a manufacturing environment
- Hands on experience with SAP transactions in MM, SD, and IM
- Ability to analyze SAP errors and logs (SU53, basic job/status review)
- Understanding of end to end SAP business processes
- Experience supporting SAP during go live or site rollout
- Experience with ABAP programing and debugging

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of SAP functional support experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments preferred
- Go live or new site implementation experience highly desirable

- SAP S/4HANA exposure
- SAP SSO / user lifecycle knowledge
- Experience working with global SAP teams
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred for manufacturing sites
