Job Description

Responsible for providing technical leadership to the development team, supporting existing applications, and participating in the design and development of new solutions. Acts as a liaison between software architects and developers, promoting and ensuring best practices, quality, and the adoption of the BIA framework.

Job Requirements

Specific Knowledge:
C#, MVC, SSIS, ASP.NET, Angular, PrimeNG, .NET Core, Entity Framework, TypeScript, SQL Server, Python, GIT, Azure DevOps (CI/CD).

Position needed to strengthen technical leadership, promote the use of the BIA framework, mentor junior developers, and act as a bridge between architecture and development teams.

Desirable Knowledge:
Scrum, Project Management.

English / Travel:
English proficiency required for collaboration with international teams.

Functions:

Lead and support the development, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
Guide and mentor developers, reviewing code, and ensuring best practices are followed.
Participate in requirement analysis with business and project leaders.
Provide technical documentation and ensure information integrity.
Collaborate closely with software architects and ensure the evolution of BIA framework and related tools.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
