Position overview: We are looking for a Technical Consultant / Integrations Engineer who will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them design, integrate, and optimize solutions on a learning platform. You will work across multiple projects, providing technical guidance, ensuring successful implementations, and improving overall platform usage.
Technology stack: APIs, SSO, REST integrations, SaaS platforms, data exchange via flat files
- Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers and multiple concurrent projects

Advise customers on complex use cases and solution architecture

Lead integrations with SSO, APIs, flat files, and third party systems

Conduct solution audits and provide recommendations to improve adoption and outcomes

Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions

Troubleshoot technical issues and support platform optimization initiatives

Deliver professional services engagements and contribute to internal best practices
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, technical account management, or customer facing technical support

Experience implementing SaaS platforms, preferably in HRTech, LMS, or enterprise software

Strong understanding of APIs, SSO, system integrations, and troubleshooting processes

Experience managing projects and working with multiple stakeholders

Strong analytical and structured approach to problem solving

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical audiences
