As a Senior Technical Service, you will lead technical and through the administration and provision of specialized technical training to both customers and internal associates. Your role will build new business opportunities through strategic technical support to the sales team, product selection for our customers, resolution of technical challenges. You will standardize critical processes, maintain the highest safety and ethical compliance standards, while ensuring 100% customer satisfaction in troubleshooting situations.
You will report to Technical Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and administer technical training programs for customers and internal associates, ensuring transfer of specialized knowledge.
Provide specialized technical support to the sales team to use new commercial opportunities and projects.
Conduct technical analyses for product and solution selection for our customers, based on specific requirements and operational conditions.
Lead resolution of complex technical problems, providing specialized support and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction in critical situations.
Develop standardization of operational processes, technical manuals, checklists, and service protocols to ensure consistency and quality.
Maintain the highest operational safety and ethical compliance standards, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
Industrial or chemical engineer
5+ years of experience in Liquid paint, Powder, E-coat, Pre-treatment
Trouble shooting experience
General knowledge about the other different technologies of coatings
General knowledge of application equipment
Knowledge of coatings test methods
Fluent English
Availability to travel
