Workday Lead
Location: Remote within México
Salary: $100,000 MXN gross/month
Experience Required: 6+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Workday Lead to join our team and lead the design, development, and support of enterprise-level Workday integrations. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in Workday Studio and integration technologies, combined with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for large-scale Workday integrations.
- Lead the research, design, development, testing, and deployment of new Workday integrations.
- Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and technical designs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify problem areas and assess project impact.
- Research integration failures, perform root cause analysis, and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Support and contribute to the overall Workday integration strategy.
- Understand and manage data flows between Workday and internal/external systems.
- Develop and enhance integrations between Workday and other platforms including HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance systems.
- Work with technologies and tools such as:
- Workday Studio
- EIBs
- Core Connectors
- Document Transformation
- Calculated Fields
- Web Services
- PGP / SSH key management
- Provide production support and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
- Gather and document business requirements in partnership with stakeholders.
- Participate in integration design reviews, walkthroughs, and technical documentation reviews.
- Ensure all integration solutions align with department standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience working with Workday Studio.
- 6+ years of experience with integration technologies such as:
- Web Services
- XML
- XSLT
- SOAP
- Java
- Experience building integrations and solutions for Workday HR and Finance applications.
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and process documentation.
- Ability to provide feedback and recommendations on process and solution design.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
