If you excel at building rapport with drivers and dispatchers and have a passion for high-level precision, this is for you. You will be responsible for the "visibility and communication" pillar of our logistics cycle, ensuring that data in our TMS matches the reality on the road.
Responsibilities
- Active Monitoring: Proactively track the status of active loads to ensure punctuality and data precision.
- Direct Communication: Maintain constant contact with dispatchers and drivers to verify locations and ETAs.
- System Management: Utilize 3GTMS and Excel to document every milestone (arrival, departure, transit updates).
- Issue Management: Identify potential delays early and provide quick, clear communication to internal teams to mitigate risks.
- Support: Follow documented processes to complete assigned workloads.
Requirements
- Remote position working a rotating schedule covering Monday-Friday 5-9 p.m. CST and Saturday-Sunday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (extensive) and experience with 3GTMS.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Environment: A quiet, distraction-free home office with stable, reliable internet.
- Language: Proficiency in English (verbal and written) for interpreting client instructions and carrier updates.
