Team
The Mexico office is well known for providing specialist insurance law services, specifically in coverage and disputes resolution to local and international insurers and reinsurers, with expert advice based on a deep understanding of the Mexican insurance market.
As a part of the work you will be exposed to interesting cases and work along with the litigation team of the firm.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Trial information management
- Transcribe data from documents
- Manage filing for the area
- Preparation of reports for internal or client use
- Coordinate activities with experts in trials
- Coordinate billing and collections with Finance for the area
REQUIRED experience
- 3+ years of experience as secretary in a Law Firm, preferably in litigation
- Familiarity with law, legal procedures, protocols, and court system preferred
- Some experience, exposure or interest in learning insurance defence legal work
- College Degree
- Ability to manage own time, excellent organisation skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, is desirable.
