Role Purpose
Ensure error‑free product launches by applying robust designs, quality standards, and stable, capable processes across the entire supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Quality & Customer Requirements
Process & Risk Management
- Support design and manufacturing functions during all stages of the CAPM process; participate in stage‑gate and program reviews.
- Identify program risks using PFMEA, past concerns, and lessons learned.
- Contribute to the creation and deployment of Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
Lead and coordinate Product Launch Quality Reviews (PLQR) and related improvement plans (PLQIP).

Launch Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Train, implement, monitor, and close activities related to the Initial Mass Production Quality Plan (SAFE LAUNCH) .
- Support problem‑solving activities and ensure timely customer feedback regarding launch concerns.
Build strong relationships with customers and support on‑site visits when needed.
