Join our manufacturing team as a Production Supervisor responsible for planning, executing, and continuously improving production to deliver safe, on-time, and cost-effective products. You will lead a production team, manage day-to-day operations, and drive projects that increase efficiency and quality.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain production plans and schedules to meet customer commitments.
- Oversee daily production operations, monitor WIP and MOs, and resolve line issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure equipment reliability through preventive maintenance coordination and proper changeovers.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures; maintain compliance with applicable Mexican and international standards.
- Analyze production data and KPIs (OEE, yield, cost per unit) to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Lead continuous improvement and productivity projects (Lean, automation, layout optimization).
- Supervise, coach and evaluate production supervisors, technicians and operators; manage staffing and training.
Qualifications
- Advanced English required
- Complete bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or related).
- Shift availability
- Minimum 5 years in product engineering or manufacturing operations, including hands-on experience (SMT/PCBA)
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment and safety/regulatory requirements.
- Proven problem-solving, project management and data-driven decision-making skills.
