As a BPM Analyst, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization to optimize workflows, standardize processes, and create sustainable business solutions that contribute to organizational growth and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support transformation initiatives.
- Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs, and performance metrics to ensure operational consistency and continuous improvement.
Monitor key process indicators and provide insights and recommendations to drive business performance.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Process Analysis.
- Knowledge of process mapping methodologies, Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or related frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English proficiency and experience working in cross-functional environments.
