Roles & Responsibilities:
- The Technical Manager is a key position in the Engineering Business Unit. The TM plays a leadership role in driving the engineering responsibilities on Technical and Managerial front as per the Statement of Work (SOW) signed with the Clients from multiple geographies.
- They key responsibilities include:
Coordination with client, vendors, offshore / onsite team
Daily-Weekly-Monthly-Quarterly project reviews
Team management (Hiring, PIP, Reviews and conflict, escalation, training needs and overall management)
Ability to manage geographically spread technical teams
- Hands on experience on project and people management
- Handling quality process, budget preparation and schedule tracking
Managing and enabling Cross functional interactions
- Road Map development and planning
Manage team of 25+ members
Experience Required:
- Complete SDLC and end-to-end IOT based product development & management experience is must
- Strong background in building scalable, high-quality, high-performance Cloud products
- PMP/Scrum master/Product owner certification is plus
Understand Effort estimates and Technical Proposal preparation
Strong fundamentals & problem-solving skill.
Strong process awareness of CMMi level 3 & above
