OBJECTIVE: Understanding customer needs and requirements. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Prospect new clients, establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Tooling and Injection Molding Technical Sales.

Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Develop extensive sales skills in preparation to advance and grow up with ARRK.

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.

Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via email.

Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
-
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
-
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
-
Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.

Staying informed about competing products and services.

Upselling products and services.
-
Coordinate domestic and international material purchases including, but not limited to, China and Taiwan vendors to ensure orders are produced on time according to project specifications.

Accurately coordinate shipping logistics to meet scheduled deliveries to our customers’ time and place specifications.

Researching and qualifying new leads.

Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
