Principal Responsibilities
- SQCDM Daily management (structure, tracking, training, audit, recognition).
- Coach A3 report triggered by A3 teams.
- Opex tools/practice training for each A3 team.
- Develop & implement Opex practice in the shopfloor (Gemba Walks, 5S, Std work,
A3, Kaizen, visual management).
- Plan and develop Challenge the process event.
Requirements:
- Related Bachelor's degree.
- 0 - 5 years of experience.
- Intermediate English.
