Job Description:
We're hiring a FP&A - Senior Professional to drive strategic insights and commercial performance. If you thrive on partnering with business leaders, analyzing profitability, and shaping financial strategy, this role offers high visibility and real impact.
As a Finance Analyst, you will support financial planning, accounting, operational finance, and business performance activities while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making and operational excellence.
In this role, you will:

Analyze statistical, financial, and accounting information to support management in evaluating operating results and business performance.

Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate monthly financial variances, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

Support month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, general ledger (G/L) analysis, and journal entry preparation.

Leverage digital tools and financial reporting solutions to improve reporting efficiency, simplification, and data accuracy.

Prepare financial reports and analyses that support operational decision-making and business performance.

Ensure Balance Sheet accuracy through account reconciliations, physical inventory support, and compliance with internal control requirements.

Support inventory, fixed assets, cost accounting, and financial control activities.

Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance plant efficiency and financial effectiveness.

Develop and maintain forecasts for key business drivers including Productivity, CAPEX, Base Cost, and P&L performance.

Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning and operational objectives.

Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to Finance and Business Partners.

Participate in internal and external audit activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial standards.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and internal controls.

Ability to identify trends, analyze financial data, and translate findings into actionable business insights.

Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, fixed assets, budgeting, and forecasting.

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong collaboration and communication skills with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and process optimization.

Self-driven and motivated to learn, grow, and take ownership of responsibilities.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

3+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, FP&A, Cost Accounting, or a related field.

Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities.

Experience with account reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, and general ledger processes.

Knowledge of cost accounting, inventory accounting, fixed assets, internal controls, and audit support.

Experience working in a manufacturing or plant environment.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and data management tools.

Professional proficiency in English.
