We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Assistant to support our three affiliated companies.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing marketing-generated leads from initial contact through qualification, appointment scheduling, proposal follow-up, and ongoing pipeline management. Your goal will be to maximize every sales opportunity by ensuring timely communication, accurate CRM documentation, and consistent follow-up.

Key responsibilities
- Contact new inbound leads within established response times.
- Qualify prospective clients through phone calls, email, and virtual meetings.
- Schedule discovery calls with qualified prospects.
- Manage the entire lead follow-up process until opportunities are closed or disqualified.
- Maintain accurate and organized CRM records.
- Track sales opportunities throughout the pipeline and update next steps.
- Document meeting notes and client interactions.
- Follow up on proposals and maintain communication with prospects.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Leadership teams to improve lead conversion.
- Participate in sales pipeline review meetings.
- Ensure no qualified lead is left without timely follow-up.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Advanced English (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting virtual meetings.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience selling B2B services.
- Experience managing marketing-generated leads.
- Familiarity with sales funnels, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
- Previous experience working remotely with international teams.
Compensation and benefits
- Remote position.
- Full-time schedule (Monday–Friday).
- Base compensation starting at USD $1,050/month.
