Responsibilities:
The Opportunity
Support the execution of the LATAM Value Realization agenda across Supply Chain transformation initiatives, ensuring projects generate measurable business value through structured benefit tracking, stronger business cases and cross-functional coordination. The role connects COEs, local Supply Chain teams, Finance and PMO to protect value assumptions, monitor project evolution and increase portfolio transparency. Beyond reporting, it strengthens value discipline by engaging early in project discussions, challenging benefit assumptions, identifying risks and supporting post-implementation benefit capture. It requires a hybrid profile combining financial understanding, operational knowledge and strong cross-functional influence across manufacturing, logistics and supply chain operations.

Load Project Value Design & Business Case Support
- Participate in early stages of Supply Chain transformation initiatives to support clear definition of value drivers.
- Work with COEs, local teams and Finance to strengthen business case assumptions and ensure benefits are measurable.
- Challenge operational assumptions to improve consistency and avoid duplication of projected benefits.,2. Portfolio Value Governance
- Maintain visibility of committed value across the LATAM Supply Chain transformation portfolio.
- Support consistency in value assumptions across manufacturing and distribution initiatives in coordination with PMO governance routines.

Identify projects with higher exposure or risk in benefit delivery. ,Cross-Functional Project Follow-Up

Monitor project evolution jointly with PMO throughout execution to identify deviations impacting expected value.
- Coordinate with COEs and local Supply Chain teams to ensure value considerations remain visible during project implementation. ,Benefit Realization & Financial Alignment

Track realized benefits after go-live and compare against original business case assumptions.

Work with local teams and Finance to support benefit validation and explain deviations.

Ensure alignment between operational delivery and financial expectations. , Reporting, Insights & Methodology Improvement
- Consolidate portfolio reporting for leadership reviews across LATAM.
- Generate actionable insights on value delivered, value at risk and project performance trends.

Support continuous improvement of Value Realization tools and methodologies.
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields.
-
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Productivity, Finance, Transformation or related business functions.

Strong understanding of financial concepts such as business cases, value drivers, payback logic and benefit tracking.
-
Solid exposure to Supply Chain operations, including manufacturing and/or logistics environments.
-
Experience working in cross-functional project environments with multiple stakeholders.
-
Strong project governance and project management understanding.
-
Advanced analytical skills with strong capability to structure and interpret data.
-
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
-
English and Spanish fluent professional.
Preferred Experience

Exposure to digital transformation initiatives such as Smart Manufacturing, Smart Distribution or productivity programs.

Experience interacting with PMO, Finance and operational teams.

Lean Six Sigma and/or Agile background is considered a plus.
