We are seeking a skilled Senior ETL Engineer with a strong background in Python and its associated frameworks, as well as experience with AWS, to join our Data & Analytics organization.
The Key Engineer is responsible for the delivery of a business need end-to-end, starting from understanding the requirements to deploying the software into production. This role requires fluency in some critical technologies, proficiency in others, and a hunger to learn on the job while adding value to the business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes for Health Services FHIR, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integration and transformation processes are efficient, reliable, and scalable.

Requirements
-
3+ years of data engineering experience using Python
-
Experience working as part of Agile teams – Scrum or Kanban

Strong experience with databases – SQL and NoSQL
-
Expertise in AWS, including AWS Lambda
-
Familiarity with Git
-
Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
-
Background in TDD development methodologies

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Strong communication skills
-
English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
Nice to have

Knowledge of FHIR Medical Resource Specifications

Familiarity with HL7 Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources

Knowledge of and/or experience with healthcare information interoperability domains
