About the role:
Responsible for executing tasks related to opening, closing, and moving branches and providing production branch support, with the end goal that newly hired branch managers have needed support for a best-in-class onboarding experience. The position works closely with internal and external resources to execute tasks to ensure compliant, efficient, and professional environments in keeping with the highest quality standards.
To be successful in this role, the candidate will have experience in facilities related support for the ongoing operations of offices, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines to execute a variety of tasks efficiently and accurately.
Essential Functions
- Executes assigned tasks related to the management of ongoing branch office operations, including onboarding new teams, offboarding teams, opening new branches for existing staff, closing, and moving branches.
- Executes tasks related to vendor services in support of branch operations, including account set up, changes, renewals, and terminations.
- Enters data related to branch operations.
- Establishes and maintains services related to compliance requirements for branches, such as signage, local business licenses, and credit branches.
- Manages confidential information with tact and discretion.
- Completes expense reports for Senior Management.
- Travel arrangements for Senior Management.
- Schedules Teams & Zoom team meetings.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience working in a similar role
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
- Self-motivated and directed
- Ability to execute tasks based on established priorities in a deadline driven environment and proactively seek direction on altering priorities as daily demands change.
- Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
- · Proficient in Microsoft office suite of products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
