We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager to help define, position, brand, launch, and promote a new AI-powered SaaS platform.
The ideal candidate combines product management, product marketing, and business strategy experience, comfortable learning complex AI technology, understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, creating effective messaging, and helping introduce a new platform to the market.
Key Responsibilities
Define the product vision, positioning, target customers, and primary use cases.
Develop product messaging, value propositions, naming, branding, and sales materials.
Conduct customer, competitor, and market research.
Translate customer needs into product requirements, priorities, and development roadmaps.
Coordinate with engineering and design teams to refine the platform and user experience.
Plan product launches, demonstrations, campaigns, and customer onboarding.
Create website content, presentations, case studies, and product documentation.
Support sales conversations, customer discovery meetings, and product demonstrations.
Track customer feedback, adoption, engagement, and product performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, SaaS, technology consulting, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Experience defining or launching software, SaaS, AI, automation, or digital products.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them in clear business language.
- Experience with market research, competitive analysis, customer discovery, and go-to-market planning.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work directly with leadership and technical teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup or new-product environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with AI platforms, B2B SaaS, Mexican and U.S. markets, digital marketing, branding, or enterprise software is highly desirable.
