Relationship Manager (Spanish-Fluent)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7AM–4PM PT
About the Role
As a Relationship Manager, you will be the first point of contact for families exploring Forta’s ABA Parent Training Program. Your mission is to ensure families feel supported, informed, and confident in their decision to enroll. You will qualify leads, guide parents through documentation and onboarding, and maintain relationships until the family is handed off to our clinical team.
Success in this role means providing a high-quality onboarding experience that drives program participation, completion, and exceptional family satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming families seeking ABA services.
- Qualify leads quickly and accurately, guiding families through next steps with empathy.
- Handle objections with patience and clarity to help parents understand requirements.
- Conduct a high volume of inbound and outbound intake calls/video calls.
- Confirm accuracy of diagnostic reports and insurance cards.
- Gather and process paperwork, ensuring all documentation is completed within 48 hours.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in Salesforce and related systems.
- Respond to parent calls, emails, and texts within 24 hours.
- Routinely follow up with families who have outstanding documentation or agreements.
- Manage relationships with families until successful handoff to the clinical team.
- Uphold HIPAA standards and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within healthcare.
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce CRM experience as a primary pipeline tool.
- Experience handling a high volume of calls, emails, and data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong objection-handling skills and ability to build meaningful parent connections.
- Knowledge of ABA therapy (preferred) and ability to read diagnostic reports.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and multi-platform data management (Salesforce, Monday.com, etc.).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
