Activities and Job Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure compliance with established safety, quality, delivery, and productivity plans.

Manage a workforce of more than 60 employees, promoting talent development, operational discipline, and teamwork.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities and ensure achievement of departmental goals.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, operating procedures, and product specifications.

Efficiently manage human, material, and equipment resources to maximize productivity and minimize waste.

Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, Lean Manufacturing practices, and 5S methodology.

Investigate, document, and follow up on process deviations, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure compliance with safety policies, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and good manufacturing practices (GMP).

Coordinate activities with support departments such as Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Human Resources, and Planning.

Manage personnel-related incidents, vacations, overtime, attendance, and payroll-related processes.

Maintain effective communication with the work team and management to ensure operational continuity.

Escalate in a timely manner any situation that may impact safety, quality, productivity, or delivery performance.
