Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to effectively communicate with potential clients.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture relationships.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the software system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify business development opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Meet or exceed daily call quotas while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability in customer service and business development.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies, particularly in outbound calling.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
