SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER FOR POWER TRANSMISSION & TRANSFORMATION
OBJECTIVE:
Market expansion and technical support for electrical projects.
EDUCATION:
Electrical Engineer / Civil Engineer
LANGUAGE:
Intermediate English (preferred)
EXPERIENCE:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) sector.
- Experience in 230kV / 400kV substation projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare/review BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Provide technical support for procurement and cost estimation.
- Support technical-commercial alignment.
- Lead the comprehensive preparation of technical proposals for Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) substation projects.
- Analyze bidding documents (tender bases and technical specifications) to identify key evaluation points and risks.
- Develop primary system design, including:
- Substation configurations (AIS/GIS/Hybrid)
- Selection of transformers and high-voltage equipment
- Short-circuit calculations and equipment sizing
- Insulation coordination and surge protection
- Deliver high-quality engineering documentation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to standards.
- Support clarification meetings with clients.
- Ensure implementation of agreed commitments.
SCHEDULE:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On-site.

SALARY:
MXN 40,000 to 60,000 + annual bonus.
