At Intugo, we partner with a foreign company specializing in community development financial services. We are currently seeking a Customer Service who will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat while assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues while meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM or internal systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and services.
RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a voice and email support environment.
- Customer-focused problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems and computer applications.
- English proficiency: Advanced (required).
