Dealership Performance is an established and rapidly growing software company building enterprise CRM and marketing solutions for the powersports industry. We operate globally with team members across multiple countries and offices in La Paz BCS and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack AI Developer to help us continue evolving our SaaS CRM platform and expand the AI-powered tools integrated into our products and internal workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy new features across our CRM platform
- Build and enhance AI-powered functionality using OpenAI and LLM technologies
- Improve automation workflows and internal AI-assisted development tools
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Customer Support teams
- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in bug resolution rotations
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical planning
- Help mentor team members and promote strong engineering practices
- Continuously improve performance, scalability, and developer workflows
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with Python development (5+ years preferred)
- Strong PHP development experience (5+ years preferred)
- Experience with Angular (Angular 5+ / modern Angular frameworks)
- Strong MySQL and relational database experience
- Experience integrating and working with AI/LLM APIs such as OpenAI
- Experience building production web applications and REST APIs
- Strong Git and collaborative development workflow experience
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI-powered SaaS features
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and automation
- Experience with CakePHP 3.x / 4.x / 5.x
- TypeScript experience
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM environments
- CRM platform experience (Salesforce, SugarCRM, Oracle, SAP, Sage, etc.)
- Experience designing scalable API architectures
- Experience working with distributed remote teams
