Job Opportunity: Collections Call Center Representative [2 Days Off Campaign]

Requirements:
- Advanced English level (verbal and written)
- At least 1 YEAR of call center experience
- COLLECTIONS previous experience
- Commute time (No more than 1 hour from the site)
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers regarding oustanding balances and offering solutions.
- Mantain accurate records of interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
