A multinational packaging company is seeking talented individuals to join our team as an Accounts Payable Administrator - Shared Services Center with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices..
- Processing and reviewing documents (invoices, purchase orders, delivery receipts) in the ERP system.
- Managing journal files and tracking approvals
- Review and management of supplier registration documents.
- Email mailbox management.
- Advanced English proficiency
- Proficiency in ERP systems, including the accounts payable module.
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Office is essential.
Activities to be carried out:
- Review, follow-up, and registration of product invoices, Proof of Delivery (POD), and Purchase Orders (PO) in the ERP system.
- Review, follow-up, and registration of service and corporate invoices in the ERP system, as well as documentation in electronic files.
- Management of journal files and weekly follow-up for approval.
- Creation and modification of supplier and employee records in the ERP system.
- Cross-training with the team.
- Database updates in the ERP system.
- Bank account validation for new suppliers.
- Analysis and monitoring of Accounts Payable (AP) KPIs for performance measurement.

Monthly salary $30,000 (before taxes)
