We are partnering with a global organization to identify a Finance Manager who will lead the complete finance operation in Mexico while collaborating closely with regional leadership and international stakeholders.
This role combines financial leadership, operational excellence, process optimization and strategic decision-making within a dynamic and growing environment.

Lead the complete finance function for Mexico.

Financial Management, Accounting and Tax, Financial Operations Control, Accounting and Tax, Planning and Reporting teams.

Oversee cash flow and liquidity management.
-
Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly financial reporting.
-
Ensure compliance with Mexican tax and accounting regulations.
-
Manage foreign exchange exposure and hedging strategies.
-
Define and monitor financial KPIs.
-
Drive automation initiatives and process improvements.
-
Partner with regional leadership on strategic financial decisions.
-
Lead and develop a team of approximately 20+ professionals.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.

5+ years in Finance Management roles. Desirable: Master´s in Finance or MBA

Experience leading multidisciplinary finance teams.
