We’re looking for experienced Billing Specialists with expertise in Collections and QuickBooks Online to join our team. We offer flexible work options to fit your schedule. What You’ll Do:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage and file U.S. tax forms (e.g., federal and state returns, 1099s, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with U.S. tax laws and regulations.
- Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online or similar) for bookkeeping and reporting.
- Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.

Requirements
✅ Our Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as an Accountant working with U.S.-based companies.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).
- Experience preparing and filing U.S. tax returns and reports.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (C1 level or higher) and Spanish (written and spoken).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable laptop (2017 or newer) and stable internet connection.
Reside permanently in Latin America.
