We are seeking a Chief AI Solution Engineer to lead and elevate multi-stream AI initiatives across agentic and conversational solutions. Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of LLM-based solutions across agentic and conversational use cases

Define technical direction for AI agents, agentic workflows, and Gen AI application development

Design robust agent architectures using function calling and MCP to meet product goals
-
Build and optimize Python services that integrate models, tools, and orchestration layers
-
Establish quality gates to reduce hallucinations and improve response accuracy and reliability
-
Drive Responsible AI and compliance practices across the solution lifecycle

Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, constraints, and success criteria
-
Mentor engineers and set engineering standards for Gen AI assisted development
-
Coordinate with data and analytics partners to support experimentation and measurement

Review system performance and iterate on prompts, tools, and workflows to improve outcomes
Requirements

7+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with LLM-based applications

5+ years of leadership experience guiding AI engineers and cross-functional stakeholders

Strong project delivery skills across multiple concurrent AI initiatives

Expert LLM expertise including prompt engineering and function calling

Advanced Python skills for integrating, optimizing, and scaling AI workflows

Hands-on AI agents development skills using function calling and MCP
-
Solid Responsible AI and compliance knowledge including ethical AI best practices

Strong NLP and Conversational AI development background

Proven hallucination prevention skills to improve chatbot reliability

Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
