Quality/ Audit Supervisor
The person in this position oversees assembly and manufacturing resources to ensure the delivery of finished goods in accordance with the master schedule. Aids and trains line leads and personnel as needed. Required to oversee multiple lines and multiple functions in manufacturing. Required to identify and implement process improvements as part of the Lean Manufacturing philosophy at Light and Wonder. Other duties may be assigned, as required to facilitate assembly, quality, and delivery of all manufactured products.
Additional Responsibilities:
Responsible for physically loading and unloading packages and parts by hand, including placing, pushing, lifting, carrying, and pulling the item in an efficient and safe manner.
Preferred Traits, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Use of arms, hands, legs and back is required for repetitive motions of lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting.
Supervisor de Calidad/ Auditoria
La persona en este puesto supervisa los recursos de ensamblaje y manufactura para garantizar la entrega de productos terminados de acuerdo con el programa maestro. Brinda apoyo y capacitación a los líderes de línea y al personal según sea necesario. Se requiere supervisar múltiples líneas y múltiples funciones dentro del área de manufactura. Asimismo, debe identificar e implementar mejoras de procesos como parte de la filosofía de Manufactura Esbelta (Lean Manufacturing ) en Light & Wonder. Se podrán asignar otras funciones según sea necesario para facilitar el ensamblaje, la calidad y la entrega de todos los productos manufacturados.
Responsabilidades Adicionales:
Responsable de cargar y descargar físicamente paquetes y piezas de manera manual, incluyendo colocar, empujar, levantar, cargar y halar artículos de forma eficiente y segura.

Uso constante de brazos, manos, piernas y espalda para movimientos repetitivos que incluyen levantar, empujar, halar, agacharse y girar.
