We are looking for a creative and organized Short-Form Video Producer to lead the planning and production of engaging video content for social media. The ideal candidate should understand digital trends, audience behavior, and how to produce content that performs well on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and produce short-form video content from concept to final delivery
- Develop creative ideas, scripts, and production plans
- Coordinate with content creators, video editors, and designers
- Ensure content meets quality standards and brand guidelines
- Review videos before publishing and provide creative feedback
- Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new content ideas
- Manage production timelines and ensure projects are completed on schedule
Job Requirements
- Experience in video production, content creation, or digital media
- Strong understanding of short-form video platforms and content strategies
- Excellent planning, communication, and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar production tools is an advantage
