Joe Windows Cleaning is a growing U.S.-based company specializing in professional window cleaning, high-rise services, and exterior maintenance.
We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing & Web Specialist who can help us increase our online visibility, improve our website performance, generate qualified leads, and grow our company through digital strategies.
We are not looking for someone who only posts on social media. We need a professional who understands websites, SEO, Google, analytics, and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
Website Management
- Maintain and update company website.
- Create and improve service pages and landing pages.
- Improve website speed, design, and user experience.
- Identify technical problems and coordinate solutions.
- Work with developers for website improvements.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Improve Google search rankings.
- Manage Google Business Profile.
- Perform keyword research.
- Optimize pages for local SEO.
- Develop strategies to increase organic traffic.
Digital Marketing
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Analyze marketing results.
- Track leads and conversions.
- Develop email marketing strategies.
- Manage digital campaigns.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Create professional graphics.
- Design marketing materials.
- Edit videos.
- Create social media content.
- Build monthly content calendars.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience managing websites (WordPress or similar).
- Knowledge of SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Experience with Google Ads.
- Graphic design skills.
- Understanding of online lead generation.
- Organized and results-oriented.
Preferred Skills
- WordPress.
- Basic HTML/CSS.
- Landing pages.
- CRM integrations.
- Conversion optimization.
- Experience with U.S. companies is a plus.
