Role Purpose
This role is responsible for driving data-led commercial decisions through comprehensive sales and market analysis. The Commercial Performance Analyst (Business Intelligence) will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, optimizing pricing strategies, and enhancing customer experience through actionable insights.
This position sits close to commercial and marketing operations, ensuring that sales performance, campaigns, and product strategies are continuously optimized to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
Key Accountabilities:
Sales Performance & Market Analysis
- Analyze sales trends for parts and accessories, identifying patterns, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Evaluate performance across different product categories, including genuine parts, aftermarket components, and hybrid vehicle solutions.
Monitor distributor sales activities and assess their impact on overall profitability.

Pricing Strategy & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct pricing analysis by component, benchmarking against competitors and recommending strategic adjustments.
- Support pricing strategies for both original and non-original spare parts.
Ensure margin optimization through data-driven insights and continuous monitoring.

Marketing Effectiveness & Lead Management
- Track and analyze leads generated from digital and offline campaigns, improving conversion rates.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns for genuine accessories and propose enhancements.
Collaborate with marketing teams to improve campaign targeting and ROI.

Digital Strategy & Upselling Initiatives
- Support the implementation of digital tools and platforms to increase additional sales opportunities.
- Design and monitor upselling strategies based on flat rate models and digital applications.
Enhance customer experience through data-driven commercial initiatives.

Reporting & Business Insights
- Develop reports and presentations with clear, actionable insights for commercial decision-making.
- Translate complex data into simple, impactful narratives for stakeholders.
Support strategic planning through data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI.

Candidate Profile
Experience & Capability
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales analysis, commercial strategy, or digital marketing analytics.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets and identify actionable insights.

Technical Strength
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, modeling, reporting).
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
Knowledge of hybrid vehicle technologies is considered a plus.
