About the Project
We are a fast-growing mortgage company based in Miami, FL. We're building our YouTube channel to become the leading Spanish-language reference for Home Loans/Mortgages in the United States. We already have a full production team in place — what we need is a true YouTube expert who deeply understands the platform inside and out, with proven, recognized experience, to guide us in taking the channel to the next level.
What You'll Do
- Audit our current channel and content strategy, identifying exactly what's holding us back
- Guide the team on how to increase views, watch time, and audience retention
- Provide expert feedback on video structure, pacing, and editing to improve overall content quality
- Advise on thumbnail strategy and CTR optimization
- Help us define a clear content and growth roadmap specific to the finance/mortgage niche
- Share YouTube algorithm insights and best practices as they evolve
- Point out what we're doing wrong and give a clear, actionable plan to fix it
Requirements
- Demonstrable, recognized experience growing YouTube channels (portfolio/case studies required)
- Deep, expert-level knowledge of the YouTube platform — algorithm, analytics, retention, thumbnails, editing trends
- Comfortable auditing an existing channel and giving direct, honest feedback
- Spanish speaking preferred, but English speakers are welcome to apply
- Experience with finance, business, or educational content channels is a strong plus
Compensation
$20/hour
