About the Role
We are looking for a Google Ads Manager (B2B & Lead Gen) to join our team. This is an exciting client-facing role, working directly with clients to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive growth. The ideal candidate has strong execution, analytical, and client management skills, with a passion for performance marketing.
Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Growth
● Manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for strategy, performance
updates, and campaign execution.
● Develop and execute cross-channel marketing strategies across Search, Performance Max, AI Max, and YouTube.
● Partner with Google teams to align on best practices, industry trends, and strategic growth
initiatives.
● Identify opportunities for client growth and upsell relevant services.
Campaign Execution & Performance Management
● Build and manage Google Ads campaigns, including ad copy, keyword forecasts, and daily
optimizations.
● Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and ROI.
● Develop budget scaling plans, keyword/competitor analysis, and audience strategies.
● Deliver campaign performance insights and recommendations to clients.
Account Management
● Manage and prioritize client deliverables, performance reviews, and campaign optimizations across key accounts.
● Work cross-functionally with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless execution.
● Support new client onboarding, strategy planning, and tracking implementation.
Preferred Experience:
● Mid-senior level experience managing client relationships & campaign performance
● Experience managing Google Ads, Meta, and other digital marketing platforms
● Ability to analyze data, build reports, and track performance KPIs
● Strong presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills for client engagement
● Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software
● B2B / Demand Gen experience plus.
Qualifications:
● Strong verbal & written English skills (client-facing role)
● 2+ years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media
● Google Ads Certified (or willing to obtain certification)
● Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as required
High potential to grow into full-time role

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per week
