A Snapshot of Your Day
Warranty Project Manager within the EHS, Quality and Security function at the Queretaro Switchgears facility. The position is critical for improving service quality and customer satisfaction by systematically managing warranty claims, addressing non-conformities, and ensuring timely resolution for clients. To meet these objectives, the role will concentrate on three primary areas: direct management of warranty claims and client communication, leading root cause analysis for identified issues, and overseeing the implementation of corrective action plans. This structure ensures a comprehensive approach, from immediate client response to long-term systemic improvement. Given the focus on complex problem-solving and project oversight, the ideal candidate will be a Specialist Professional (P4 level) with substantial experience in project management, root cause analysis, and client relations, preferably within a technical or manufacturing environment.

- Maintain a continuous and transparent dialogue with customers, providing regular updates and feedback on the status of their claims and associated actions.
- 40% Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions
- Lead cross-functional teams to conduct in-depth root cause analysis (RCA) for customer non-conformities and product failures.
- Develop, document, and oversee the implementation of robust corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans based on RCA findings.
- Track and verify the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions within corresponding areas like manufacturing or engineering to prevent recurrence.
- 20% Project Management & Service Improvement
- Manage warranty-related improvement projects, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables to enhance service delivery.
